I like my doctor. However, for the past 6 months I have been trying to obtain a copy of my RX, and I have been told it was sent to my email, but I didn’t receive it. I am still receiving messages about my applications but not that’s specific email. I provided two separate email accounts to assure that the problem was not on my end . I am far away and can’t get to the office and my kids broke my glasses. I have yet to resolve this issue. It is very painful.

Everyone here is kind and polite , and give the a 10 when it comes to timing you're either seen before or at exactly at your time scheduled. Plus Dr Lacsina gives you explanation and details of your situation . He is passionate of his job and this is a plus , because you don't see this to often now a days .

Dr.Laxsina explained everything in very simple terms. He was pleasant and willing to answer my questions.
And even though there was quite a bit of people waiting to see the doctor, I didn't feel like my appointment was rushed.
My prescription was dealt with by Adela, who was awesome too! She was very patient and helpful as I tried to select a frame that fits my face structure. Again, I didn't feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. I was comfortable. The whole front desk helped with choosing the best fit frame. I had a good experience.
Will definitely be back next year for my annual eye exam!
